Interox SEM Co Ltd the newly opened Ultra High Purity Hydrogen Peroxide company in Suzhou China has now obtained both ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004  certification.  The certification was awarded by CQC, the National Certification Body of China and a member of IQNet.

This is an important step for Interox SEM Co Ltd in gaining recognition as a leading local producer of this critical raw material for the Chinese semiconductor industry.
